Meeting to discuss how we want communications work to be handled by the chapter.
How many leadership positions should exist for comms? How will we delegate work?
What benefits can we provide to people who volunteer their skills? To build a
bigger, better, and more diverse chapter we have to be strategic and create
structures that will support our work. We have a strategy document that's been
worked on by chapter members for a few months which we're hoping folks will give
us feedback on before the meeting (not essential for attendance, though). Please
