Mobilizer Program members will be meeting to start specifically outlining the work ahead of us this year.
• Follow up on action items from the last meeting (new mobilizer coordinators, changing the script, assembling onboarding information, etc.).
• Prioritize which steps we want to take next--bringing in text bankers, mobilizer trainings for committees, etc.
• With a workplan sketched out, we can think about what formation makes sense going forward and assemble a team!
