This meeting will serve as one part of our Local Convention, which we hold once a year in the summer. On this date we will hear a presentation on the State of the Local and a report from the Treasurer on our financial situation and budget. Candidates for Local Council officer positions will make statements and the voting period will begin. Votes may be cast online and through a mail-in ballot. The second part of the Convention, where members will present, debate, and vote on amendments to our chapter bylaws and political resolutions, will be held on July 25th.
